The Brian Jonestown Massacre at Webster Hall, June 6, 2010
Legends, so I am just posting a few photos and commenting that the 8-piece Brian Jonestown Massacre jammed it into oblivion last night. Thank you for the fantastic show, and all the amazing guitars, guys.
well try again, nice photos, good you joined the forum, me here in Vancouver may not see the bJM this time. booo but life goes on the music is still tops.I have some good shots from2007.
Real nice photos. I saw them in Boston a couple nights before (or was it the night before), got to chat a second with Anton (he was on 2nd level tuning the sound boards -- very accessible though I was nervous as hell) and loved every second of the show. Happy to see they're getting their due recognition, such an excellent band and the music is Mozart-level.
This blog's sole purpose is to bring some well-deserved publicity to new or less-known artists who fit the bill of 'new psychedelic, shoegaze, experimental, folk, and garage rock' music, through videos, links to MySpace pages and Band Camp pages of the artists, gig reviews, and through interviews with, and information about, the artists themselves. It is dedicated to Black Market Karma. Their music made me want to shout about it from the rooftops. But today, instead of rooftops, we have the internet & blogs, yeah.
November 2011: DSK Blog is retired. It's been a fun 3 years, soooooo much thanks to all who contributed and participated!
